My recent stay at Copal Tree Lodge was absolutely amazing! I was in Toledo District for a relaxing vacation and stayed for a week. The resort is located in a stunning location, with breathtaking views all around. The farm fresh cuisine served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff treated me like family. I also loved being surrounded by nature, especially the howler monkeys in the trees. The resort offers unique activities like the Bean to Bar Chocolate Making Class and the Distillery Tour, which I highly recommend.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Our family of five had an amazing stay at Copal Tree Lodge. The sustainable philosophy and daily-changing menu were a hit. The secluded location, friendly staff, and lack of TVs added to the overall charm. The family villa had a full-size kitchen and everything we needed. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and wildlife sightings. We will definitely be back!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Meals were good, staff friendly. Loved the philosophy of sustainability. Menu changes everyday. Seclusion, staff, and property overall are fantastic. Beautiful property. Family villa was comfortable, with full-size kitchen. Ten out of ten. Gorgeous property. Lots to see and do. Distillery visit, farm tour, snorkeling with chef. Staff loves their job and the mission of resort. Largest employer in southern Belize. Steward of 12,000 acres. Promotes responsible agro tourism.
Nothing not to love.

The location of the lodge was perfect, nestled in the middle of the rainforest with beautiful grounds. The cabins were spacious and had luxurious beds and large bathrooms with huge showers. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
The prices for activities and food were exorbitant, making it difficult to fully enjoy all that the lodge had to offer.
